Gift bag cheekiness

Hello everyone!

November is here and we are bringing you a cozy "Release Day" Blog Hop today with
The Greeting Farm!

Whether you're snuggled up with your honey in your favorite sweater by a fireplace, set out for your favorite coffee shop to visit with Beanie Anya, or snowboarding with Toby Cub, the theme is COZY and RELAXED this month...or , perhaps you're preparing something 'cheeky" under the tree for your honey? It's never too early to start that shopping, right? ;)

Today, however, we want you to sit back, grab a cuppa tea or hot cocoa and enjoy our little DT hop! Let's get started, shall we?
Today I used Cheeky Christmas to decorate my gift bag.  I random stamped the background with cranberry red ink.

Well, I hope you enjoyed it, as it's just one of THREE rubber releases and THREE new digis from the Critter Crew! Everything is available now in the TGF Store and we can't wait to see what YOU create with these comfy, cozy cuties!
Now it's time to visit the next stop on the hop! If you're just arriving now to my blog, be sure to start on the TGF Blog, and enjoy the rest of the order today:

Winner will be announced Tuesday morning-so you have until 11:59pm CST to enter! GOOD LUCK!
See you soon, Farm Friends! Stay warm and cozy and enjoy the November releases!

In CASE you are wondering

For the next couple of months I'll be CASEing cards for CASE study challenge blog.

I am always looking for inspiration and find sketches a little frustrating but to CASE a card, well that is something I can do.  Now it doesn't have to be exact, just my interpretation of it.  So starting in November and only once a week I'll be showing you my CASE'd creation.

Don't Envie this post!

Well I have to say that this week's FFF challenge is a first for me!  I have never decorated an envelope, and that is just what this week's challenge is all about.  So I tried to decorate an envelope and tried as hard as I could to keep it flat (in case I actually wanted to mail it)!  So that means no buttons or ribbon!  Eeek!!  I didn't think I could do it!
So if your up to extending your card crafting skills into the realm of envelopes give this challenge a try!  There's even a prize up for grabs!

Stop by The Greeting Farm blog for more inspiring envelopes! The little cutie on my card is Nahla and she is from the Spotlight collection.
Her skin tone was created using Copics  E13,15,17

Frankie's a little blue

Well it's Whimsie Wednesday challenge time.
This week's challenge is to show us your odd side of colour.  You just have to create a card using colours you wouldn't use.  My card uses Kraft, teal and olive to make my Halloween card.  Frankie's a little blue, but I think he'll feel better by Halloween!  LOL
I used the Halloween Mini's from Whimsie Doodles to make this card.

Let's Get Sketchy

Hi everyone, it's another friday and another Greeting Farm challenge.  This week's challenge is based on a sketch I created, I hope you like it!  I used the really cute digi stamp by Marianne to create this card.
Here's the sketch

Kissy Kissy

The Greeting Farm recently released the Bride and Groom stamp as a digi download called Kissy, Kissy.
I was so excited to finally get this image as I think it's just too cute.  And I figure since today is my anniversary I might as well show the card I made with the image.  I think it works perfect for both wedding and anniversary cards.

Random Greeting's

I have about a dozen cards to show you and forget to post them.  Then I make more cards and well they start to pile to up!  A lot of times I put together a card and I like the colour or pattern combo so much that I make as many other cards I can out of the paper that left.  So I end up with bunches of cards.  The good news is I use up about 90% of the paper!
Here are some Greeting Farm cards using the same paper.  So here's Amelia from the new set called Just for You.
Here's a card using Teen Anya and Ian from the stamp set Special Autumn.

Farm Fresh Scrappyness

Well I saw some falling leaves yesterday floating past my kitchen window.  So today's Farm Fresh challenge is just perfect.  It's all about fall.  I used Ian from the set called Special Autumn on my page, I thought he'd look cute next to a giant acorn!    Speaking of acorns I found a couple the other day in my yard.  I've lived here for over 10 years and just found out I had an Oak tree.  When I think of fall I think of acorns, acorns bring back memories of when I was a little girl walking to school and every fall the sidewalk would disappear under all the acorns from the giant Oak tree.  I used to fill my back pack up with acorns and bring them home.
Enjoy your weekend!

Shape'n Up

The Whimsie Wednesday challenge for this week is to make a shaped card.  I made a half moon card.  The bat and pumpkin are a cutting file I made for some halloween cards and page layouts.
Here's a page I made using the same bat.  This page is of my son who dressed as a Pirate last year.  To find out how to make the spider visit here.

It's all about Air Soft

I just found a challenge blog this morning called Scrap Whispers and the challenge is called "Around the Campfire"  so anything  woodsy or about the outdoors.
My son just loves to play Air Soft games.  He even has his own field (fight zone) to play in.  He and his friends organize a game and play for hours.  Here is a layout of him and his favorite gun.
Soldier Ian from The Greeting Farm
was the perfect image to add to this 9x9 layout.
