PSA Essentials Asian influence stamps

PSA Essentials released two new Asian themed stamp sets and I was dying to get them.  Then today I get in the mail, I love happy mail especially when it's a surprise!!  Of course I couldn't just let them sit there without at least inking them up.  Then before I knew it I had made 4 cards!  So here they are...
The lantern just screamed make a banner card!!  So I did. LOL

Paper-Picadilly-Basic Grey
Ink-Sweet Leaf (green), Creme Brule (yellow) Cranberry (red) Juniper (blue)-CTMH
For the next card I used the shadow stamping technique.
1. Ink the image in yellow then stamp on scrap paper
2. Run the edge of the image onto red ink then stamp
this will create a two tone effect.

M&M's

When I first received my initials in monogram stamps from PSA Essentials I immediately thought of M&M's and couldn't get it out of my head so one day I sat down to try and figure out how I was going to make the candy characters and how to do it fairly easy.  As you'll see I figured it out just by using a couple of circles.  Then I couldn't wait to make this post.  I've been holding these puppies back for weeks.  I'm so pleased with how they come out.
Here's Blue M&M
Here's Yellow
And here's hottie Pink showing off her engagement ring.
As you can see I just kept going, I was so happy with how the first one came out I made more.  This time I used the letter T and made 2 divas for my twin friends who celebrated their birthday last week.
Here's FashionistaTina with her designer purse and bling.

Monogram Wedding Card

Monograms are all about the letters!  And this month I have some special projects using Monogram's from PSA Essentials. Today's card feature the M, C and & Monogram stamp. I was trying to make an elegant, minimal colour card with really striking (black) elements.  I used cream cardstock to try and soften the contrast between it and black. Then I added the soft baby pink to give it a little more colour and detail.

See the little black gems?  Well they are actually clear, I just coloured them with my black Copic Marker. Each monogram has 5 different styles of a letter. So you can mix and match them, like in the card above I used the same style for the "M" and "C" but a more swirly style for the "&".
