Way to go
My friend and I go on the occasional road trip to visit our favorite crafts stores which are a little over and hour away so we don't do this often. The hard part about the trip is trying not to spend a ton of money. But it's really hard when you see all the toys and paper stacks! So when one of us manages to not spend a lot it's like we've accomplished something major. It's a yeah me I still have change kind of thing :) So I made this card for our next trip, on the outside it says "Way to go" but on the inside it says "for not over doing it, now let's get lunch"

Hi Melissa. I think this is just adorable! I really love how you have colored her and made her look so bright and cheery without making it look overdone. I really love it. I also love the fact that you and your friend can manage a craft trip without over doing it. lol...My friend and I save all year so that we can drive an hour and a half to spend all our hard safed money and I still end up broke once we go to lunch. Thanks for sharing. This is a great idea and as we are due to head on our trip next month I think I will make us one. Hugs, Lisa G
