New little puppy gift box

Whenever someone gets a pet it's like bring home a new baby. So that's why I made this little dog house gift box to congratulate someone on their new little one.The dog house was made from a bird house template and I added the roof.

I found the template a long time ago and for the life of me I can not find the person who created it. Here is a link to the template.
