ShortCuts 3D Friday Tealight box
It's friday!!! All around I see some cute Ghirardelli boxes. Then I wondered what I could put in them instead of chocolate....Tealights! The box had to be adjusted to fit the tealights but it was worth it! ShortCuts full clear sheets are perfect for this project because they have a nice thickness that makes sturdy projects. No flimsy boxes! LOL

Wanna win some stamps?
Are you in love with the latest issue of SheetLoad of Cards?! Why not make a card of your own and be entered to win one (1) of the following stamp sets from The Greeting Farm...

The "fine print"...
ETA: When I went to test the comment and link Mr Blinky, I noticed a couple of things... (a) Your URL IS required and it should be a direct link to your entered card... (b) Make sure to spell out the math question answer, not just type the number (ie: five, not 5)

Miss Anya Collection (Retail Value: $18.00)
Here is how to enter...
- Create one (1) card using the sketch from our April 2009 issue of SheetLoad- Upload your card to an online gallery or your blog.
- Come back to this post (NOT HERE on my blog) and put a DIRECT link to your card and leave a comment with your favorite The Greeting Farm stamp set(s) (does not have to be one of the sets pictured above) into Mr Linky below, no later than Thursday, April 30th.
- The "Grand Prize" winner will get first pick of the sets above, and the 2nd set will go to our "Runner Up".
The "fine print"...

(Indirect links will be deleted periodically throughout the month.)- If your comment does not link to a blog with "contact me" info, you MUST leave your email address in your comment. You are free to add spaces to avoid spam bots.- Only one entry per person. ETA: You may enter a full SheetLoad, but all of the cards in the picture should be similar and from the same issue.- Failure to leave a comment in Mr Linky with your favorite stamp set(s) as described above, will result in disqualification.

Sweet, simple birthday card
This is my attempt as making a card with "as little as possible" embellishements. So I used a ShortCuts clear card to help visually reduce the elements and keep it simple! The more I get to play with clear and frosted cards the more I love them!! You've got to give these cards a try.
Here's a coupon for 10% off if you want try an adventure in clear fun.

Day by day
I thought I would share this with you. It is this past month (March) in review. Weeds and Wildflowers are challenging their viewers to take a picture everyday and create a layout with those photos. I choose to do mine by the month. Here's my first one. Every picture was taken on the day it shows. Some have a little explanation about it.
Love hurts!
Isn't this little guy the cutest little nurse ever?? She's called Love Bear and she's from The Greeting Farm. They are also have a challege "Don't be Square". Which means they are looking for cards that are not square or rectangle in shape. This is what inspired me to make these cards.

I used an embossing folder (Cuttlebug) to make the dimples of the bandaid.

Supplies:Love Bear digi stamp-The Greeting Farm, embossing folder-Cuttlebug, Pantone Markers, Vintage Photo distress ink-Ranger, cardstock-CTMH, kraft cardstock-SU and silver foil-Spellbinders

You take the cake
Well it's the last day of the work week and the first week of April is almost over. Where is the time going?
April's theme for ShortCuts is summer time! That means fun sun sunny cards to brighten your day. I'm in love with this paper set. I can't believe aqua and orange look so good together. And isn't the clear card just perfect for keeping the card light and airy? Just like summer when less is best on those hot hot days!
