Out Foxed

Another Tuesday and I'm ready to share some things I made using the New Out Foxed stamp set from Whimsie Doodles.  First here's a Mini Bag I decorated by creating a scene, I was going for a sunny blue sky in an open field look.
My next project was created to decorate my new Z Becky Brown hand bag :)  I wanted to re-create the sky and field from the Mini Bag above and added the trees from the Oh Nuts! stamp set.

Thanks gift cards

The minute my mine bag die arrived I thought to myself "what else" can I make with it.  So I turned it into a flower pot.  Then while I was trying to figure out a sentiment for it I saw the Wonderful Words Challenge from Moxie Fab World and thought I had the perfect fit, the word die "Thanks" from Serendipity stamps.

I couldn't stop with a flower pot so I went a little farther and made a watering can.  I cut a circle die and then a smaller one out to make the handle.

Let's go Parking

Another Monday, well at least it's a new month! A new month means new digi's from Whimsie Doodles and a new set of stamps for A Jillian Vance Design.  Today's cards feature an activity I have only tried once.  Once was all I needed to verify what I suspected, I'm not an outdoorsy kind of girl. :)  But I'm ok with that. Now we take our tent out every summer to "air it out" then think about going camping answer with a "Naaaaah" then pack it up and store it away till next summer.  Now I've created some cards feeling all experienced in the camping genre.

Seas the Twine

What an exciting month it's been.  I just released a new stamp set called "Seas the day" at Jillian Vance Designs and I made The Twinery design team.  So I combined both products to make some cards. I was happy with how my first card turned out that I tried to make a copy, but alas I could not. I started out will all the same elements but then started thinking "what if I do this" and well here's what happened.
What if I use the blow fish?
What if I just use the crabs?
What if the blow fish was peeking out of the water.

Mermaid card

I've got another Mermaid floating around my a new card today.  I coloured her tail in Copic blue greens and after wards thought she needed green so I coloured over her entire tail with YG01.  It turned out better than I expected.  Although if I deliberately set out to do this it wouldn't of worked!!  So this to paraphrase Bob Ross...my "happy little accident"

Great to SEA you

I just released some new Mermaid digi's and couldn't wait to colour them.  Then I had to figure out how to match the card to the Mermaid!! The easiest way was to keep it simple and thankfully I had cardstock to match. Then I threw some coloured thread in my sewing machine and it just "fell" together for me :)
here are the colours I used for the Mermaids.
Hope to SEA you again :)

SFYTT Beach Babe

Here's another beach day themed card using the Sketch for You to try June challenge. I tried to make my own accents by using a star die as star fish and the iTop brad punch as a sun.
