Well it's the last day of the month and then my official term as DT member for the Stamp Shoppe starts.  To kick off the new DT I have a sneak peek of something I have for Tuesday.

I know you don't need to guess what the stamped image is.  The Stamp Shoppe is all Magnolia!  So the sneak is for the card.  You'll find out tuesday about the card and blog hop.  You know what that means??? CANDY!!!  Here's a peek at what the Stamp Shoppe will be giving away.

Willow and Whiff of Joy sale!

The wonderful world of Whiff of Joy.  Can you believe it WOJ has come out with more gorgeous stamps?  Well they did!!  Here are some cards using the very sweet tender moment between brother and sister.

Can you just see Willow reading the Night Before Christmas?

Oh and just to let you know Katharina is having a huge sale!  She wants to thank all her custmomers who have helped make Whiff of Joy such a success.  Now's the time to get all those gorgeous Whiff of Joy stamps you've been longing for but don't wait to long I have a feeling the stamps will be flying off the shelves!

Hummm maybe Willow is actually flipping through a cataloge of Whiff of Joy stamps.

What's on your Mantel?

My very talented friend Joni is hosting a challenge for her Inktegrity store.  All you have to do is download her free fireplace mantel, decorate it and make a card with it.  That's it!
Here are my cards for Joni's challenge.  I decorated the mantels with all the images available from Inktegrity.  I have to admit I really enjoyed decorting the mantel.  As I do not have one in real life. LOL  The hard part was stoping myself from making more.

For the second card I decorated the mantel using Martha Stewart's Branch punch to create garland and drops of stickles for berries.

Waddle I do it's release day!

Wooot wooot it's NEW RELEASE day at Whimsie Doodles!!!
I'm so excited about the new winter images it was killing me all week not to share them!  I'm going to show you my favortie for the moment! Yep just the moment cause I'm working on new images and they are now my new favorite!!  But I still like this one!  The Muffin Tops are really popular right now and this little guy is the third in the series.  So that means you can interchange the muffin tops and bottoms with the each other.  That is if you have the other set.  LOL

Hi all!  Well I'm off to New York today!  And I wanted to leave one more card for you from Whiff of Joy's winter collection.  It's called "sled packed with gifts" and if you saw my post Thursday you would have seen poor Willow freezing on it.  Today it stands alone because who wouldn't want a sled packed with presents???

Winter Willo

Yeah it's Friday!!  Tommorrow I leave for New York!!  Today's card has a big snowflake on it and it's something I don't want to see while I'm away!
Whiff of Joy has a gorgeous collection of Winter images and I'm a very lucky girl to be part of the team to bring these images to you.  This image (Festive Winter Willow) in particular took me 3 tries to get the colours right.  Yes I built the card and then stamped the image. Willow herself is such a beautiful image that it made me nervous to colour her.  Good thing I have lots of white cardstock!

Warm Winter Wishes

Good Morning!  Another day another card!  This time it's from Whiff of Joy.  Same paper as yesterday (SEI flurry kisses) and ribbon.  Both Willow and the sled are from Whiff of Joys christmas collection.  Isn't she cute???  Is she waiting for someone or waiting to give someone all those presents?  I can't decide either way they are fun to colour.

Much ado about nothing

Well it's one more day till the end of the week! Whooo hoooo.  Oh did I tell you  my Copics are in??  Ok so now all I have to do is figure out how to use them.  I've been playing and discovered something really important...I have to wear my GLASSES!!  Apparently the "bleeding" of the markers has nothing to do with the markers or paper.  It's me not staying in the lines!! Ha!  Then yesterday day my husband called to see what I was up to for the day and here is our conversation
Kirk-hi honey, so what are your plans for today?
Me-not much mostly just colouring.
Kirk-you know it's a good thing I know what you mean or I would have said "don't you think your a little to old for to be colouring"?

Hahahahaha anyone else would have pictured me sitting at home with my crayons and colouring books instead of my Copics and cards!

Ok now for the fun stuff...cards!!!  Here are some cards using the new digi's from Whimsie Doodles.  First here's Olive and Toasty.  Aren't they cute??

And well I know Thanksgiving is over for us Canadian girls but not for anyone else so here's a card using the new digi Get Stuffed.  That poor turkey looks like I did, all bloated and stuffed to me ears with Thanksgiving dinner. Ha!  But I'd do it again and again!

Did you Gnome I have another card for you?

hahahahaha!  Sorry about that but I couldn't resist!  Kelly you are so right, my idea of minimal is well not so limited.  But I am trying!!!  The Gnomes from Whiff of Joy are just so adorable I`m trying to keep the focus on the image and not the card.  Ok so for this card I tried to not use pattern paper, strickly cardstock!  Sooooo I made my own background using the new Swirls stamps from Whiff of Joy.  Ok so I kinda cheated!  Hehe!  But hey I did stick to my plans!
So without further ado here is Wee and christmas tree.

Gnomes they are adorable!

Good morning readers!  Today's card is my attempt at minamizing my card techniques.  (I'm attempting to make a card with minimal stuff).  I don't know about you but I find that my cards look really different on "film" then in person.  So when I made this card I had to step away and snap a photo to see if I was ok with the result.  Today's card was made using a new series of stamps from Whiff of Joy.  They are Gnomes!!  And here I was calling them elves!!  Well they are adorable and I love colouring them.  Come to think of it Whiff of Joy now has images that are touching and sweet to whimsical and cute.  I'm so glad my "job" is playing with these stamps!

Snowflake mania

Goodmorning everyone!  Today is going to be a great day!  Why?  Well when it starts off with your husband asking where your 50% coupon for Micaels well I don't think it gets any better than this!!  Well maybe if I had 2 coupons!  So I'll just patiently await my new large snowflake punch and keeping my fingers crossed that he finds someone who will help find what I want.....Sigh!
So if all goes well I will have another snowflake to my collection!    Here are some cards I made using digi stamps from Whimsie Doodles and yep they all have snowflakes on them!!
